Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pumpkin Lane Delivery! By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which are intended to protect both you and us.


1. Service Overview

Pumpkin Lane Delivery provides seasonal doorstep décor services including pumpkin design, delivery, and removal. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on weather, location, and inventory.


2. Payments & Cancellations

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled delivery to receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery are non-refundable due to perishable inventory and scheduling commitments. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service due to inclement weather or supply issues. In such cases, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, based on availability.

3. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for any damage to property due to improper customer movement of décor after installation.
  • Pumpkins are natural, perishable items. We cannot guarantee lifespan, especially in extreme weather conditions.
  • While we aim for accurate descriptions and visuals, slight variations may occur due to natural inventory.
     

4. Photography & Copyright

  • All designs, imagery, and content on this website and our social channels are the intellectual property of Pumpkin Lane.
  • No content may be copied, reproduced, or republished without our written permission.
  • By placing an order, you grant Pumpkin Lane the right to photograph and feature your porch display in our marketing (including website, social media, and promotional materials).
  • If you prefer not to have your home featured, you may submit a written request, and we will respectfully remove your imagery from future use.


5. Customer Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services or platform for unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Engage in bullying, hate speech, or harassment via communications with our team.
  • Spam, promote, or misuse our booking system.

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who violate these standards.


6. Account Disabling & Restrictions

If we offer account features in the future (e.g. loyalty login), we reserve the right to disable or suspend user accounts in the event of misuse, fraud, or violation of our terms.


7. Updates to Terms

Pumpkin Lane may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will always post the most recent version here, and continuing to use our services implies agreement to those updates.

Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 14, 2025
Thank you for choosing Pumpkin Lane Delivery! Every porch display is made with care, creativity, and high-quality pumpkins. Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of our services, our return and refund policy is tailored to ensure fairness and clarity for all.


Pumpkin Lane products and services are non-returnable once delivered, as they include perishable pumpkins and customized porch installation.

Cancellations prior to delivery follow the guidelines outlined in our Terms & Conditions above, with partial refunds based on cancellation timing.


What Qualifies for a Re-Servicing 

We will issue re-servicing only under the following conditions:

  • Your display arrives damaged beyond normal variation
  • There was a delivery error (wrong package, wrong address)
  • Service was not rendered (due to our error or cancellation on our end)
     

How to Request a Re-Servicing 

To initiate a request:

  1. Email us at michelle@pumpkinlane.com within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos
  3. Our team will respond within 48 hours to resolve the situation

If a re-servicing  is approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement or credit toward future service

Timeline & Method

  • Approved re-servicing  will be processed within 3–7 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation once the re-servicing  has been issued
